Introducing FreelanceWorks! Weekly Tips for Creative Freelancers.

[yellowbox]PRO TIP: SUBSCRIBE to get a freelancing tip every Sunday, and GROW your freelance business the right way.[/yellowbox]

So here's the deal…

I’m changing things up and I wanted you to know about it.

When I launched my blog my original intentions were to share both Google and Freelancing related posts.

But truth is, I wrote tons about Google but hardly anything about freelancing.

Why is that you ask? Well honestly, while Google tips are helpful and fun, they carry less responsibility – they’re just tips.

But on the other hand, writing about freelancing – and asking people to take action to improve their business – that’s serious. And something I don’t take lightly.

Introducing…

What to expect?

Every Sunday I'll be sharing a helpful freelancing article to help you grow your freelance business.

I'll be sharing posts like these three most recent posts:

And since I'll be sharing business tips that I hope will help you grow your business, I believe it's important that you know a little bit more about me and why I decided to share these weekly posts with you.

I'm not writing this because I want you to hire me. I'm not writing this because I need the attention. I'm not writing this because I'm trying to brag.

I'm writing this because we're starting a relationship, and I want you to have the full picture of what it is I do, what I value, and what I believe.

I launched my freelance career in 2009 and transitioned to full-time freelancing in 2012. During the first years I ran my freelance business as a side job, and once it became more stable, I quit my day job and went full-time.

I joined Elance (now Upwork) back in May 2012, and looking back I can say that was a primary reason for allowing me to quit my 9-5 job and go freelance full-time.

During the four years I've been working through Elance, I worked on over 80 jobs and maintain steady rate of 5-star reviews and 100% recommendations from my clients.

I'm currently a top-rated provider on Upwork.

I'm the founder of Amigo Productions, a company that sells video templates and tools for business owners. My products have sold over 900 times, and my overall satisfaction rate is 5 stars.

I write a blog and have one mailing list (this one). I have 4 collections on Google+ (yes, that's still a thing and it's great), and those collections combined have over 100,000 followers.

Ok, that's more than enough about me!

To be honest, I'm not the type of person who likes talking about himself. But for the purpose of setting the stage for the future of FreelanceWorks, I believe it's important that you have the full picture about me.

Here's what I'll be sharing with you:

  • Valuable business lessons I've learned throughout my years of freelancing full time. This will include posts about branding, pricing, time management, finding work, social media strategies, passive income models, creating a business plan, and a lot more.
  • I'll be sharing posts for people who are considering starting a freelance career, but even more for people who are in the business of freelancing and want to take things to the next level.
  • Some of the articles will be short and sweet, and other will go in depth with detailed guides.
  • I'll share all the tools I use for my business.

Join FreelanceWorks today, and get a new freelance related tips and guides straight to your inbox, every Sunday.
